22 February 2013 : A nice and lean figure is something that each and every person dreams of having. However, it is not just a piece of imagination as most of them think that it is, but instead it is much more possible in actual fact or in reality than everyone believes that it is. It is very much a wrong notion that getting thin is an impossible task, and that it requires a lot of sacrifice and strenuous work. The truth is actually the exact opposite of this. Getting into the desired shape is a very enjoyable process and what it needs more than anything else is consistency.

Being disciplined is a good and strong way to start. The point is not to exercise for four hours a day, but on the other hand, to make sure that you follow a regime of workout each and every day without making any kind of lapses. In this case, your training routine need not be for as long as even three hours, and even anywhere in between one to two hours will completely suffice.

Similarly, getting a flat tummy does not mean that you have to give up on all that you love to eat. What you really need to ensure is that whatever you intake is in moderate amounts as too much of anything is what causes harm. Importantly, try to include healthy foods most of the time.

So eat your chocolates, but mind it.
