The conference is expected to attract teachers from around Southeast Asia for three days of keynote speakers, conferences, and workshops that are sure to be both professionally and personally enlightening.

The event will take place at the Sutera Harbour Resort from March 24th to March 26th 2011.

Topics of conference workshops will include: science, early childhood education, counselling, Chinese language, social studies, humanities and general education. Three keynote presenters will be at the event as well; speaking on relevant and enlightening topics for educators in Southeast Asia.

The Sutera Harbour Resort is a stunning venue for this, the 9th annual incarnation of this conference. Set against the panoramic backdrop of the South China Sea, the resort includes a golf course and marina, as well as luxury accommodation. The meeting rooms and auditorium make this the perfect venue for the conference.

EARCOS is an association of member schools with a total of more than 83,000 students and over 9,000 teachers and administrators. The organisation also includes individual members as well as associate members from the fields of textbook publishing, software publishing, universities, distributors and youth organisations.

Participants may stay at a number of Kota Kinabula hotels, or may stay at the resort venue itself.
