Now 11 online stores for original spare parts http://www.freepressindex.com/article-now-11-online-stores-for-original-spare-parts-361204.html Tue, 13 Dec 2011 13:00:00 GMT   Droyßig, - With the Opening of an online store with over 250,000 original Opel spare parts the range of car and motorcycle spare parts, which can be ordered directly online at www.online-teile.com, includes now the brands Audi, BMW, BMW, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Nissan, Skoda, Peugeot and Volkswagen with nearly 3 million orderable parts. The customers are workshops, hobby screwdrivers and car clubs. From Norway to Greece, from France to Hungary, the orders are coming every day. What is the advantage for the customer? Online stores are open 24 hours / 7 days a week / 365 days a year. The customer can order when he has time. The customer must not visit his local dealer twice (for ordering and pick-up) to get a part. There are now qeues in the internet so the customer saves time and money. For questions about technical issues also are available in any of the shops online-teile.com factory-trained staff by email and telephone. The shops are supplied twice a day directly from the manufacturer, the goods are quick sent to any location in Europe. The online store concept was developed by Master of Business Administration and automotive locksmith Andreas Hoevel, working since 30 years in automotive trading. Through his many years of export business with spare parts he knows the different ways to distribute nearly all original equipment manufacturers in many countries. Hoevel realized that in Europe the delivery of original spare parts for repair shops is offered in metropolitan areas, but not for private persons and in rural areas. In discussions with experts from the automotive industry, he was encouraged in his opinion, and had then decided to open first two stores for BMW under www.online-teile.com/bmw and www.online-teile.com/bmwmc. The start was very successful so that contractors for the other online shops  were founded soon. An interface to the DMS WERBAS was created so that users of this software can order directly into their system. The experience of the previous years shows that the customers are in addition to free workshops also very interested individuals who maintain, repair and tune their own vehicles. This applies not only classic but also current vehicles. This is a big group of customers, as the Internet shows through the various forums and club pages. The concept is a success, the turnover has been steadily increasing strongly. The teething problems have been resolved, the organization has become easier and now wants Hoevel sell particularly in European countries to gain more customers. Hoevel is currently looking for partners for the next project with Porsche, Subaru and Hyundai. Contact and additional information please visit: H.
